Meet Tracy

Tracy Riley
With a strong desire to help families live healthy, happy lives, Tracy has devoted her life to working with children and families. This interest has been the driving factor behind her commitment to education both formally and by career experience. Tracy earned her Master's Degree in Social Work from Florida State University after having already secured her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Auburn University.
Tracy has become well versed in domestic and international adoptions. She can answer all questions regarding the homestudy process and can assist you with starting in your adoption journey. Before becoming the Founder and Executive Director for The Adoption Authority, Tracy completed numerous homestudies and post placement visits for several agencies throughout Georgia and Florida.
Tracy is a dedicated professional who has worked with countless families regarding parenting concerns, including children with special needs, behavior issues,
and developmental disabilities. Detail oriented, Tracy has studied the dynamics of merging families and developed strategies and techniques to minimize the impact on children and
parents.
Meet Thea

Thea Ramirez has been with The Adoption Authority since the fall of 2008. Serving as a member of the board of directors, Thea took a keen interest in making a pivotal move in the organization, from helping form operational procedure, to implementing the practice model essential in ensuring smooth and healthy child placements for eager, expectant parents. Thea comes to us with a graduate degree in Social Work from Savannah State University. She graduated at the top of her class and focused her studies in clinical practice and in working with families and children. Thea has experience working with a variety of people and in a number of settings. She is currently serving as the agency Director of Adoption Coordination, and comes prepared with having firsthand experience working with women facing a crisis pregnancy. Thea received her Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Eastern University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She currently lives in Southeast Georgia with her husband Lucas, daughter, Luciana, and Labrador, Bailey. Thea speaks Spanish and can assist in all aspects of adoption.
Meet Sabrina

Sabrina Murray
Sabrina has been with The Adoption Authority since its inception in 2007. She is the agency social worker and completes home studies. Sabrina earned her
Master's Degree in Education from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with most of her training being in the area of Secondary Social Studies. She received her Bachelor's
Degree in Justice Studies from Georgia Southern University.
Sabrina has dedicated the last 14 years to working with foster and adoptive families. She has experience with both domestic and international adoptions. Her expertise is helping families with
life experiences as they embark on their adoption journey. This process includes recruiting, training, and writing adoptive home studies for families. Sabrina has experience with
matching and placing children with prospective parents and helping everyone transition to a family unit with the use of pre and post placement monitoring. She looks forward to helping YOU make the
difference in the life of a waiting child.
